Currituck hosting the Rural Farm Festival

The Currituck County Center of NC Cooperative Extension will be hosting a Rural Farm Festival on Saturday, May 14 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Currituck County Rural Center.

The center is located in Powell's Point, NC off North Spot Road. The Rural Center is maintained for the education, cultural and recreational enrichment of the public and for the benefit of the citizens and visitors of Currituck County. 

The festival program will feature music and a variety of educational booths including equine demonstrations and exhibits, civil war exhibit, local talent, horseshoeing demo, food and merchandise vendors, art vendors and more. Children's activities will be included, such as a moon bounce, obstacle course and games.
