The “SEARCH PROPERTIES” and “SEARCH SALES” links use multiple combinations of search criteria to narrow your search.

There is an automatic wildcard added to each search criteria. For example, if you search for the property owner named Smith, the search would also return similar names such as Smithson, Smith and Jones LTD, and Smithers.

Property can be searched by entering any owner’s name that is contained in the county ownership database. However, the general information page will only list one owner even if the property is owned by multiple owners. Only one mailing address is maintained per property.

To see A LIST OF ALL OWNERS of a property you must search by PARCEL NUMBER. The immediate result will show a list of owners of that property. Click on the parcel number to see other data.

You must clear each search before proceeding with another search.

While the County of Currituck has attempted to ensure that the data contained on its website is accurate and reflects the property’s characteristics, the County makes no warranties, expressed or implied concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of this data. The information contained via property searches is updated nightly from the Tax Assessor’s Office.
