Detention Center Guidelines For Visitation
Detention Visitation Privileges:
- At the time of admission to the Detention Center, Inmates are required to list the names of up to four (4) family members and/or friends that they would like to have visit them at the center.
- This list may only be changed every 30 days.
- One (1), 30 minutes visit per week will be allowed.
- All visits with family members or friends will be non-contact visits.
- Visitation days/times are the following:

All Other Inmates |
- Only Inmates/Detainees who have not had there visitations privileges suspended or terminated for disciplinary reasons will receive visitors on these days.
- Weekender Inmates will not receive visitors.
- Visitors must present a valid driver license, government identification card or other photo identification card to be allowed to visit.
- All visitors are subject to search.
- Visitors may not bring property into the Detention Center, (eg. purses, handbags, briefcases, etc.)
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany any visitor under the age of 18. There will be no exceptions to the rule.
- All visitors must be appropriately dressed. A strict dress code will be maintained for the visitors. Shoes and shirts are required of all visitors. Tube-tops, swim suits, see-through clothing, shorts or skirts that expose any part of a person's posterior, or clothing containing foul language or sexually explicit pictures or words will NOT be allowed. Visitors wearing such clothing will be asked to leave.
- A visitor's visitation privilege can be suspended or terminated for failure to obey the rules and regulations of the Detention Center.
- No food, drinks, or smoking will be allowed during visitation.
- Professional visitors, such as attorneys, legal representatives, legal aid workers, or other legal professionals and clergy members may visit Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., provided their visit does not interfere with the safety and security of the Detention Center. Professional visits will be held in the Legal/Attorney visitation rooms inside the Detention Center.
